Apply generously to the skin in areas that are likely to be exposed to friction during the activity. Apply as often as necessary. Wash off with a mild detergent when the activity is finished.
Dimethicone, dimethicone and trimethylsiloxysilicate, phenyltrimethicone, coceth-7 (and) PPG-1-PEG-9 lauryl glycolether (and) PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, aloe barbadensis extract.
